1. Introduction
Welcome to Woke Essence Living. By booking or attending our sessions, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
2. Services
Woke Essence Living provides life coaching, conscious parenting guidance, and personal growth sessions designed to promote clarity, confidence, and connection.
3. Session Bookings
- All sessions must be booked in advance through our website.
- You will receive confirmation via email once your booking is completed.
- The informed consent form must be completed before coaching sessions can begin.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- If you book a session and **do not attend** and also fail to contact us within **24“48 hours** of the scheduled session, **no refund will be provided**.
- If you contact us within **24“48 hours**, your session will be **rescheduled** at no additional cost.
5. Payments
- All payments must be made in advance to confirm a booking.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.
6. Code of Conduct
Clients are expected to maintain respectful communication and engagement during sessions. Woke Essence Living reserves the right to terminate a session if inappropriate behavior occurs, without refund.
7. Disclaimer
Our coaching sessions are designed to support personal development and family harmony. They are **not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice**.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted under applicable **nationwide law**, including relevant consumer protection regulations.
